Workflow
From raw to published.
Watch it happen.
Animated illustration: four media files upload and are received by WeRender, which applies the brand kit, burns word-timed subtitles, enforces the editorial policy, smart-crops the frame and generates covers — then publishes four formats plus covers to a single approved share link.
Solutions
One platform.
Three kinds of pressure.
-
Newsrooms
“The clip landed at 14:02.
Every platform by 14:15.”Breaking news can’t wait for an edit. Same story, every format, minutes after the footage lands — with your editorial rules enforced on every word.
-
Media teams
“Five stories a day.
One overloaded editor.”The publishing quota doesn’t care who’s on leave. Give every producer the power to ship finished, on-brand video — without touching a timeline.
-
Agencies
“Ten clients. Ten identities.
Zero tolerance for mix-ups.”A separate brand kit per client — fonts, rules, formats — and approvals built into the link you send them. The wrong logo becomes impossible.
The copy desk
Every desk has a style guide.
Ours reads it.
The color guard confirmed the USA delegation lands at 10 pm tonight.
The colour guard confirmed the United States delegation lands at 22:00 tonight?
color → colour · USA → United States · 10 pm → 22:00 · + your house rules — loaded once, enforced in every line, in any language your desk publishes in — Arabic to Swedish, full RTL included.
Ask any editor-in-chief what keeps them up at night: a wrong term, on air, at 2 a.m. That’s over. The style guide stopped being a PDF nobody opens — it became the machine.
Trust & security
The questions your IT department asks — answered before they ask.
The one that matters most: your audio never leaves. Speech recognition runs on our own infrastructure — no external transcription service ever hears it, which is why embargoed material stays embargoed. Two narrower operations do use an outside AI provider, and we name them rather than bury them: the text of a transcript, for translation and for enforcing your style guide, and sampled frames, for deciding where to crop. Both are listed in the DPA with exactly what each receives.

Why it works
We didn’t build this for newsrooms. We built it inside one.
WeRender wasn’t designed in a product workshop. It was built inside a working newsroom, on real deadlines, around the way stories actually move — the versions, the sign-offs, the style guide nobody is allowed to break, the five formats due an hour ago.
That’s why the platform enforces your terminology instead of suggesting it. Why review comes before render. Why the output is broadcast-ready, not “social-ready”. It solves the half-day because we lived the half-day.
Built by people who ship news for a living.
Questions
The ones you were
going to ask.
Does our material go to a third-party AI service?
Your audio never does. Speech recognition runs on our own servers, so no external transcription API ever receives it — which is why embargoed and unaired material is safe here. Two narrower operations do use an outside provider: the text of a transcript, for translation and for enforcing your style guide, and sampled frames, for the crop decision. Both are named in our DPA along with exactly what each one receives. We would rather you read that than take a slogan on trust.
What if the output is wrong?
Open the review panel, fix the line, render again — minutes, not a return trip through an edit. And nothing goes out until someone on your side approves it.
Do we need a video editor on staff to run it?
No. If someone can upload a file and open a link, they can produce a finished, on-brand story. That is the point.
How long does a render actually take?
Minutes, not hours — upload to shareable link, every format included. In your demo we run it on your own footage, timed.
Can everyone on the team use it?
Yes — and they should. Reporters, producers, social editors. Roles and permissions keep control where you want it, while production stops queuing behind one person.
Which formats do we get?
16:9, 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1, a clean no-logo cut for partners, any custom size you publish to — plus a cover image per format. All from one upload.
How well does it handle Arabic and other RTL languages?
Natively. Right-to-left rendering, correct digit and punctuation placement, and your own brand typography — in subtitles and on-screen graphics alike. RTL is one of the hardest problems in automated video; we treat it as a first-class citizen, not an afterthought. If it holds up there, it holds up in your language.
What is coming next?
The editor and the sound engineer — an AI video editor that cuts in your style, and voice over in any language with broadcast-grade audio. Everything marked Live on this page runs in production today, and new crew members join your plan the day they ship.
Bring us one story.
We’ll send back every
